  1. I picked "The Fantastic Flying Books of Mr.Morris Lessmore" by William Joyce. The book is about a man named Mr. Lessmore who writes about his joys, his sorrows, other things in his life until all his words in his book are blown away in the wind.He feels sad because he does not have his life story.Luckily , he finds joy in a book, and he helps others that are sad.I like how William Joyce drew pictures to resemble different things: color for joy and grey for unhappiness. These things made me choose it for the Caldecott.
